ForestOne Acquires D&R Henderson

FOREST ONE PURCHASES D&R HENDERSON

We are excited to announce the sale of D&R Henderson Pty Ltd (DRH) to ForestOne Group Pty Ltd.

DRH’s manufacturing site is located in Benalla Victoria. Manufacturing includes raw particleboard, flooring and melamine laminated products. The site also has a sawmill which produces sawn and dressed timber products. This will combine the business operations, resources, and capabilities of ForestOne, D. & R. Henderson and Monsbent.

For over 40 years, the Henderson family have built a successful, ideally located manufacturing and distribution business which is highly esteemed in our industry. The primary manufacturing and distribution is located in Benalla, Victoria with sales and distribution located in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

The transaction will combine ForestOne’s national warehousing and distribution capability, with both local and international supply relationships, with the production and manufacturing strengths and relationships of D. & R. Henderson and Monsbent.
